What is included in a Pampered Picnic setup?
Our standard luxury picnic setup includes a low-level picnic table luxuriously styled with a selection of cushions, rugs, table runner, cutlery, glassware, plates, napkins, candles, woven placemats, dried florals, and a letter board. We also offer a range of optional add-ons, such as bespoke decor, games, and activities, that can be customised to your preferences. The standard hire time is 3 hours, but additional time can be added to allow you to relax and enjoy your luxury picnic for even longer.

How many people can attend a Pampered Picnic?
We offer packages for groups of 2 to 12 people, depending on the location and setup. Contact us to discuss your specific needs.

Location: Where can I have my Pampered Picnic?
We recommend private venues, homes, and gardens as the perfect location for your luxury picnic due to the privacy they provide and the option to move the picnic indoors/under cover if the weather turns bad. London offers a number of beautiful and picturesque locations and parks that are perfect for luxury picnics, however many of London’s outdoor venues, parks and public spaces require permit fees/permissions for picnic setups.
We have established a partnership with the parks managed by the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham. They have agreed to offer our clients permits for a small permit fee. If you choose one of the parks managed by the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham, we can arrange everything for you. Eel Brook Common is our favourite park to use within their Borough.
Apart from the parks managed by the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham, we don’t take any responsibility for permits/permissions. You will need to check if a permit is required and get in touch with the appropriate contact before booking your luxury picnic. Unfortunately we are unable to provide our picnic setups in any of the Royal Parks as they are no longer providing us with permission or permits. If you did wish to enjoy a luxury picnic in one of the Royal Parks, our DIY picnic hire may be an option for you, however it would be your responsibility to seek the appropriate permission/permit. Free transport is included in our setup packages within a 3 mile radius of SE10. Additional transport charges will apply beyond this radius.

Do you offer food options?
To give you the flexibility of serving the type of food you want at your event, we do not cater food or drink. We have recently partnered with Brityard to create a special menu for you to enjoy at your luxury picnic. You can create your very own British cheese and chacuterie box and choose from a range of delicious alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Brityard allows you to pre-order online and collect before your picnic. Let us know if you wish to order our special picnic menu with Brityard.

Can I bring my own food or drinks?
Yes, you are welcome to bring your own food and drinks. However, please note that we do not allow outside furniture or decor to be added to our setups, as our equipment and decorations are designed to match our aesthetic.

How does payment work?
To secure your date, a deposit of 50% of the total cost is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be added to your invoice and used as a security deposit to replace any damaged or lost equipment. We will return the security deposit to you when we have checked that all the equipment has been returned in its original and undamaged condition which can take up to 3 working days. The full picnic total is due to be paid 7 days prior to the scheduled picnic. All cancellations and postponements must be made 72 hours before the scheduled event. No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled event. We will hold all deposits and full payments for any postponed or rescheduled events.

What if it rains or the weather is bad?
As London weather is highly unpredictable, we strongly recommend that all clients have a backup plan or indoors location in mind. We cannot refund bookings on the basis of bad weather, however, we will work with clients to reschedule the event to a mutually agreed upon date (subject to availability). The new rescheduled date must be within 90 days of the original booking. Deposits and full payments will be held for all rescheduled events.

Can we leave whenever we want?
Please provide us with at least 30 minutes notice via phone or text if you would like to leave earlier than the arranged time. You will be responsible for the picnic items until we return and pack up. No refund will be given if you choose to leave the picnic early.

How do I book a Pampered Picnic setup or DIY picnic hire?
You can book a Pampered Picnic by contacting us through our website or social media channels. We require a deposit and signed hire and liability contract to confirm your booking.
