If you are happy to setup your own luxury picnic, we are happy to provide you with our luxury picnic equipment. This is the perfect budget friendly option for anyone willing to setup and deinstall their very own bespoke picnic in London. We will work with you to arrange a suitable delivery and collection time to ensure a stress free picnic.

This option is perfect for celebrating special occasions with an intimate group of up to 4 people.

Perfect for celebrating hens parties, baby showers and bridal showers, with up to 8 people.

DIY For 12

Ideal for celebrating hens parties, bridal showers, and corporate gatherings with up to 12 people.

DIY For 18

Perfect for celebrating birthdays and corporate gatherings with larger groups up to 18 people.

DIY For 25

A great option for those who want to maintain an intimate setting but have a large group of up to 25 people.  

DIY Picnic Hire Includes:

  • Low-level picnic tables to be luxuriously styled with a selection of cushions, throw rugs, table runners, gold cutlery, crystal glassware, plates, cotton napkins, candles, woven placemats, dried florals, and a letter board.

  • Free collection/return of the equipment is available from SE10. Additional delivery/collection charges will be applied beyond this radius.

DIY Hire Terms:

  • All equipment must be washed, cleaned, ironed, and returned in the exact condition as it was delivered.

  • We can arrange delivery and collection on the day of your event for an additional £45. We will take care of the washing, cleaning and ironing for you but ask that you wipe down the equipment after the event.
